Standard capillary chips for high data quality and best reproducibility of your results
2 x 8 Capillary Chips (24 samples each) for the Prometheus NT.Plex instrument. The capillaries are optimized for standard nanoDSF measurements provding robust signal detection for a broad range of concentrations (see figure); the exceptional reproducibility and glass purity ensure high quality nanoDSF data.
Dip and Measure: Fill the capillary chips within seconds by dipping into a 384-well plate. For your convenience, NanoTemper Technologies offers a Capillary Chips Filling Station (Cat# NT-AT100). The capillary chips can easily be filled by capillary action with your sample prepared in 384-well plates without any further manual pipetting or loading steps.
